• Overseeing all aspects of the University in the President’s absence;
• Supporting the President in strategic analysis and planning, including advising the President on the operational  and fiscal impact of planning alternatives;
• Providing oversight and stewardship of fiscal, human, and facilities resources;
• Short and long term strategic financial planning required to meet USSAT’s objectives;
• Designing and implementing procedures which result in timely and accurate financial reporting information;
• Managing facilities use and their development including master and sustainability planning, public safety,  transportation and parking;
• Evaluation of and strategic advice on the impact of the introduction of new programs/strategies;
• Represent the President at community and university affairs and with external organizations as appropriate;
• Oversee agenda and resolutions for Board of Trustee meetings; and
• Perform other related duties as requested by the President.

• Design course curriculum and syllabus outline in consultation with Course Leaders/ Senior Lecturers.

• Design the course(s) syllabus including defining the teaching resources.

Qualifications:

• Oral Communication; A lecturer delivers spoken instruction using rhetorical tools, such as clearly organized ideas, vocal tone and nonverbal cues. They also give feedback to students during a lecture or in one-on-one conferences

• Create the university’s quality policy(ies) and goals in the collaboration with all interested parties.
• Set the quality scheme as per the processes and procedures established by responsible leaders.
• Revise the analysis of the school’s academic data, including exam results, report grades, attendance figures and other specific academic areas in line with the quality goals set by the university.

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is an essential; Masters in the field is a privilege.
