The Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau) has completed the review of your Institution’s Application for Verification of Exempt Status pursuant to the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (Act) based on the application received on February 17, 2022
The application demonstrates that US University of Technology, Science and Arts has met the qualifications for exemption from regulation under the Act, pursuant to California Education Code (CEC) section 94874(b) (1): “An institution offering educational programs sponsored by a bona fide trade, business, professional, or fraternal organization, solely for that organizations membership.
